Therapy, to me, feels profoundly human. Not polished or perfect, but collaborative, honest, and alive. It also can feel light, playful and restorative. I also believe therapy is deeply personal and shaped by what you bring, what I bring, and by the broader contexts that influence us, including our environments, cultures, and histories. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, this work is co-created. The practices below reflect the approaches that support and inform my work.

Internal Family Systems

Explore the different parts, layers, and facets of yourself with curiosity, compassion, and deeper understanding moving at your system’s natural pace. More on IFS.

Nature Based Thearpy

Remember your belonging within the natural world, slowing down to reconnect with yourself and the living systems you are part of.

Somatic Therapy

Gently bring awareness to your body, honoring that innate wisdom is essential to healing, integration, and deeper self-understanding.

Beyond Psychotherapy

Beyond individual psychotherapy, I offer experiential and community-based spaces that support reflection, connection, and personal growth. These offerings draw from nature, somatic awareness, and collective dialogue. While they are not psychotherapy, they can be deeply meaningful complements to therapeutic work and personal exploration. You’re welcome to explore these additional offerings.
