Frequently Asked Questions

  • Holistic therapy honors the whole person: mind, body, emotions, and spirit. It considers your lived experience, culture, and values, and views healing as an unfolding process. In my approach, this work is co-created rooted in curiosity, exploring present moment awareness and supporting you in cultivating self-connection and inner alignment.

  • Yes!

At this time I offer therapy sessions exclusively via telehealth for anyone living in the state of California. I am based near Los Angeles, where much of my friends and family live, and also in a small town north of Santa Cruz, where I live with my husband and our fur child, Kona.

Offering therapy virtually allows me to stay connected and accessible to clients across California while continuing to live in the places that feel like home.

  • My fee is $220 for a 50-minute individual session. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available on a first-come basis; please feel free to inquire.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance, but I can provide a monthly superbill for possible reimbursement.

Paying privately allows for greater confidentiality and flexibility in our work, without insurance-mandated diagnoses or limits, and enables me to maintain a smaller caseload.

I understand financial circumstances can shift over time and I am open to thoughtful, relational conversations about fees. Please reach out with any questions.

  • II often say: just show up. You don’t need to prepare anything or have the perfect words. Arriving as you are is more than enough. I believe in each person’s inner wisdom and trust that what needs to surface will find its way.

That said, I’m an active participant in the room. I bring curiosity and ask intentional questions to better understand who you are, why you’re here, and what you’re hoping for. Our first session is about beginning to build a connection and creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and supportive.

If it feels helpful, you’re also welcome to gently wonder beforehand: What feels alive for me right now? What question am I holding? Is there a wish, curiosity, or quiet longing I’d like to explore?‍ ‍

There’s no right place to start; we’ll meet whatever shows up together.
