A Bit About Me

With curiosity and deep respect for who you are, I trust your innate wisdom and do my best to stay attuned to what is felt and beginning to emerge. I bring care and presence, remaining deeply engaged and offering an open, responsive energy to our time together.

Nothing within you needs to be erased. Even what feels messy or hard to make sense of can find its place within the larger rhythm of your being.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UCLA and my Master’s in Counseling in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge.

I am a first-generation U.S.-born Mexicana and I hold a reverence for culture, community, and the strength found in family, while also honoring the courage it takes to explore one’s individuality and forge one’s own path.

Outside of therapy, I find joy and peace in endurance sports, especially long-distance running, camping, and swimming in alpine lakes! I am amused by silliness and wittiness. Being amongst the trees is a safe space for me.

To me, true freedom is presence, free from explanation or analysis.
