For the Deep Thinkers and Joy Seekers, The Heart Feelers and Wonder Weavers
Holistic and In-Depth Therapy for Adults and Adolescents
My Approach
My work is inspired by a deep fascination with the human mind, how we engage with the world, and the ever-evolving relationship between our inner selves, nature, and modern society.
Therapy with me is rooted in active curiosity and deep respect for who you are right now. I show up with you, naming what arises, exploring with intention, and trusting your innate wisdom.
Nature’s rhythms, patterns, and interconnectedness offer a lens for understanding ourselves and our relationships. This perspective shapes my approach to therapy, where we move through your experience with openness and presence—honoring your pace, while gently moving toward what feels most aligned, meaningful, or needed for you. Along the way, I stay engaged and curious, offering reflections to support deeper insight and growth.
I am an integrative therapist trained in the Internal Family Systems model (Level 2) and weave in mindfulness, somatic embodiment, ecotherapy-informed practices, and trauma-informed care.
Together, we’ll move toward balance, self-leadership, and vitality while also making space to simply be who you are in this moment.
In a nutshell, my approach is for those wanting to explore their inner world, make sense of their experiences, and reconnect with themselves, others, and their own sense of agency.
A Little About Me
I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UCLA and my Master’s in Counseling in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge.
Outside of therapy, I find joy and peace in long-distance running (both competitively and leisurely), hiking, and connecting with loved ones in nature. I love to laugh and I am fascinated by people’s quick wit and humor.
I am an explorer at heart, embracing both skepticism and belief, respecting and questioning life and society’s spoken truths and finding insights in nature, attunement with my body, and the interconnectedness within world. I feel most myself when I am present, free from explanation or analysis.
Who I Work With
People drawn to my work often include neurodivergent individuals, sensitive souls, and those exploring their identity and sense of uniqueness. I connect with those who have spent much of their lives feeling unseen—navigating self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and people-pleasing tendencies. I work with individuals experiencing inner conflict, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, or navigating significant life transitions. Many are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, and a greater sense of clarity, connection, and joy in their lives.
Before starting my private practice, I worked in group and nonprofit settings, supporting survivors of sexual abuse and assault, teens, Spanish-speaking individuals, LGBTQIA2S+ clients, BIPOC communities, athletes, Los Angeles creatives, foster youth, autistic individuals, and college students.
I approach each person with cultural humility, honoring the fluidity and uniqueness of identity. I'm committed to ongoing self-reflection, continually doing my own work, and staying curious.
