My Approach

My work is inspired by a deep fascination with the human mind, how we engage with the world, and the ever-evolving relationship between our inner selves, nature, and modern society.

Therapy with me is rooted in active curiosity and deep respect for who you are right now. I show up with you, naming what arises, exploring with intention, and trusting your innate wisdom.

Inspired by nature’s rhythms, we move toward what feels meaningful and healing. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 2), mindfulness, somatic practices, ecotherapy, and trauma-informed care, all grounded in inclusivity.

I’m here to help you cultivate balance, self-leadership, clarity, and vitality while fully embracing who you are in this moment. I believe therapy should feel human! Collaborative and real. Not polished or perfect, but honest and alive.

In a nutshell, my approach invites you to explore your inner world, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect in a way that fosters healing, self-empowerment, and deeper connection with yourself and others.

Who I Work With

I work with neurodivergent individuals, sensitive souls, and those exploring their identity and sense of uniqueness. I connect with those who have spent much of their lives feeling unseen.

Some of the experiences I commonly support include self doubt, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, people appeasing and imposter syndrome.

Many are seeking stability and a stronger sense of self and belonging.

Before starting my private practice, I worked in community mental health, nonprofit settings, and group private practice. My experience includes supporting survivors of sexual abuse, BIPOC communities, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, foster youth, Spanish speaking immigrant communities, Los Angeles creatives, athletes and college students.

I approach each person with cultural humility, honoring the fluidity and uniqueness of identity. I am committed to ongoing self-reflection, continually doing my own work, and staying curious.

A Little About Me

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UCLA and my Master’s in Counseling in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge.

Outside of therapy, I find joy and peace in long-distance running (both competitively and leisurely), hiking, and jumping into alpine lakes! I love to laugh and I am fascinated by people’s quick wit and humor.

I am an explorer at heart, embracing both skepticism and belief, respecting and questioning life and society’s spoken truths, and finding insights in nature, attunement with my body, and the interconnectedness within the world. I feel most myself when I am present, free from explanation or analysis.
