For the Deep Thinkers and Joy Seekers, The Heart Feelers and Wonder Weavers
Holistic and In-Depth Therapy for Adults and Adolescents in California
There’s often a quiet longing to feel seen, understood, and at ease in your own skin.
Sometimes we hold it all together while carrying self-doubt, overwhelm, or the weight of an inner critic. Other times, it’s the pull of relationships, the pressure of our environment, or the state of our earth that leave us feeling stretched thin and exhausted.
Your thoughts, feelings, sensations, and urges are invitations to explore your inner world, relationships, and environment. By turning toward them with curiosity, you take steps toward authenticity (an ongoing process of being in honest relationship with yourself and the world around you), alignment, inner peace, and vitality.
If you’re seeking clarity, more nurturing bonds with others, and the courage to own who you are, this is a space for you.
When we slow down and make space for what’s here, we begin to reconnect with our internal rhythm—the one that already knows what we need next.
My Approach. My experience as a therapist is inspired by a deep fascination with the human mind, how we engage with the world, and the ever-evolving relationship between our inner selves, nature, and modern society.
Rooted in active curiosity and deep respect for who you are right now, I show up with you, trusting your innate wisdom, and attuning to what is felt and emerging in the room.
Nothing within you needs to be erased. Even what feels messy or hard to make sense of can find its place within the larger rhythm of your being.
I am inspired by nature’s rhythms and take an integrative, non-pathologizing approach: Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 2 trained), mindfulness, somatic practices, ecotherapy, and trauma-informed care, all grounded in inclusivity.
Therapy should feel human! Collaborative and responsive. Not polished or perfect, but honest and alive. And in that aliveness, you may begin to uncover a deeper sense of wholeness.
Our work is not about fixing you; it is about finding freedom in who you are.
Who I Work With. I work with sensitive souls and those exploring their identity and self worth. Many have spent much of their lives pushing hard—high achievers, those trying to fit in, or struggling with motivation.
These experiences can take shape as overwhelming anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, as well as imposter phenomenon (imposter syndrome), people-appeasing (people-pleasing). While these terms can help make sense of your experience, they don’t capture the whole of who you are. Sometimes what feels internal is also shaped by the world around us: its pace, expectations, and the spaces we’ve learned to adapt to.
Our work is about noticing these layers with compassion and curiosity, reconnecting with your inner voice and your sense of possibility, and choosing what feels most aligned so you can move toward more freedom and belonging.
I often connect with neurodivergent folks, BIPOC communities, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, creatives, high achievers, athletes, college students, and wellness providers.
We are never separate from the world around us; every step inward is also a step into life’s larger story.
Experience. Before starting my private practice, my path began as a therapist in community mental health and nonprofit settings. My experience includes working in trauma clinics supporting adults, children, and adolescents who have experienced acute and complex trauma, including sexual trauma. I have also connected extensively with the Autism community, as well as with Spanish-speaking individuals, including first-generation Americans and their families.
I do my best to be an inclusive therapist and practice with cultural humility, honoring identity’s fluidity while staying committed to my own self-reflection. My aim is to create a space where you can connect freely with yourself.
A Little About Me. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UCLA and my Master’s in Counseling in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge.
Outside of therapy, I find joy and peace in endurance sports, especially long-distance running (both competitively and leisurely), hiking, camping, and swimming in alpine lakes! I am amused by silliness and people’s quick wit and humor fascinate me. Being amongst the trees is a safe space for me, and I am currently training to become a Forest Guide.
An explorer at heart, I embrace both skepticism and belief, respect and question life and society’s spoken truths, and find insights in nature, attunement with my body, and the interconnectedness within the world. True freedom to me is being present, free from explanation or analysis.
